Term & Condition


This is a complete agreement between C3N (Natashine Cleaning Services Pty. Ltd) or Opportunity Owner (OO) and you as a customer. It's highly recommended that the customer could spend some time to review this agreement before the commencement of the any services. Once you start using our services it means you have agreed with term and condition below.

1. Cleaning Services
  • C3N provides residential and commercial cleaning services based on the customer's request at the time of booking.
  • C3N will supply one or more professional cleaners to carry out the cleaning services on the place, date and time which is mutually agreed between  C3N and the customers.
  • C3N builds all the services professionally on trust and integrity basis.


2. Additions and amendments
  • Any change of time and extra services needed should be informed to C3N company / opportunity owner (OO) prior to the service time. And there will be an additional fee applied for extra work and time to complete the job.

3. Customer obligation and warranties
  • Customer will provide a safe environment for the cleaner to carry out the services.
  • Cleaner will only perform the services at the areas that are agreed by the customer.
  • Customer will allow the cleaners to access all the utilities in performing the services, like cold or hot water, electricity and rubbish bin.
  • All cleaning equipments and material can be provided either by the customer or by C3N Company based on the agreement made prior to the commencement of the services.
  • Customer will advise the C3N company about any risk of danger at the premises prior the commencement of the any work, including slippery surface, existing hazard object, ingrained dirt and grease.
  • If there is any request to clean the area under or behind the heavy items like fridge, bookshelf or other furniture, customer should inform the company prior to the commencement of any services and there will be an extra fee applied for that particular services.


4. Health and Safety risks
  • In order to ensure that the services areas are risks free the cleaner have a right to investigate the premise prior to the commencement of any services.
  • The customer will give the full authority to the cleaner if they want to use their own equipments and materials due to the health and safety reason.


5. Job quotation
  • The actual price of services is calculated based on the duration of time spent on completing the work by the cleaners.
  • The initial quotation provided by the C3N company only an estimation based on our experience (without any inspection) and the information given by the customer. Additionally this is only valid for one month form the date of the quote.


6. Bookings
  • Customer may make a booking directly to the Opportunity Owner (OO) or C3N by either via telephone, fax, email, or the C3N website.
  • When making the booking, customer must give all detail information of the current environment including any hazards or risks, slippery surfaces, ingrained dirt and grease of the spot.
  • C3N will provide the quote based on the customer's request.
  • C3N have a right not to accept a booking for any reason.


7. Payment Terms
  • Customer agrees to make a full payment to C#N after completing the services or can alternatively be prearranged with C3N in advance.
  • If the payment is settled properly. C3N will contact the customer for that payment. If the payment is still not made, C3N will cancel the services without any notice.
  • The payments can be made through several methods, like cash, cheque, credit card or bank transfer. All the payment shoul be made payable to : Account Name : Natashine Cleaning Services Pty Ltd., BSB : 06 2006, Acc No : 1055 1439, Transaction Red : Inv Ref No / Surname / Address

8. Delay payment fee
  • C3N will provide an invoice to customer after completing the services, and customer agrees to make a full payment within 7 days of the invoice date.
  • Customer agrees to pay late payment fee of $20 to C3N if the payment is not settled within one month of the invoice date. And the extra 10% (per annum) interest will be charged on each day accordingly.
  • In relation to additional fee mentioned above, customer agrees to amend the entire legal fee on solicitor and other expenses spent in recovering the debt for customer due to being unsuccessful to pay the amount by the due date.


9. The absence of cleaner
  • If the cleaners turn up one hour late or do not complete the services as per requested, C3N will refund the full payment or reschedule the services for the next available time agreed by C3N and customer.

10. Complaints
  • C3N endeavors to do the best by completing the services in such a way in order to meet the customer's satisfaction. Customer requires notifying C3N within 24 hours regarding the dissatisfaction of services provided for any reason, and the problem will be sorted out immediately and efficiently by offering a full refund or redoing the services with no charge.
